urgent help with orange bb or more specifically can advise me re: accessing livebox homepage?

have had orange bb for Tonka and generally ok.
this afternoon it crashed spectacularly and after doing the usual turn off for 10 secs and on again etc I decided, in a last chance saloon attempt to get it working, to do a factory reset. all going swimmingly until I tried to access the livebox home page to update my username and password and now it won't bloody get onto the livebox homepage.
Wtf do I do now?!
have tried the customer service number but no chance
getting through tonight.
any ideas?

basically when I go to 192.168.1.1 it just says not connected to the internet. arrrgh ffs

Sounds like you lost the wifi settings on the BB when you reset it. You'll need to set up the wifi on the BB to connect to your livebox.

(Wish I had a BB for Tonka!)

yes - that's what's happened - and now I can't access the reconfigure page to reset the settings. am no closer to gettibg connected.
bloody auto-correct - it should say yonks!

I'm back on! managed to get on through my tablet and then reconfigure that way - lovely lady in a call centre got me there in the end! phew
