best mid price android phone please. no more than 150 squids thanks

decided to get one, have a samsung that's 6 yrs old and has been great.

I dont know much about the whole apps world. i have been looking at the Samsung Galaxy Ace, and Ace 2. Also Song Ericsson mini pro.

HTC ??

any comments very welcome. i need it unlocked, or on orange. i have still got 12 months left on a sim only contract. x

Sony Xperia Tipo seen in Asda at about 100 quid a day or two ago.

Runs Android v4. 2.5 GB storage in phone , 500 MB RAM, can take microSD card up to 32 GB in case you have a lot of music ! (or to store photos).

3 Mp camera, so not quite up to the Ace/ Ace 2 which have 5 Mp. Meanwhile Ace has less RAM and older version of Android anyway (but quite a nice big screen... handy when I want to check e-mail down in the lounge).

Probably Xperia Tipo linked to Asda network (which runs on Vodafone) but if you could get it unlocked, then it should be suitable (even including a tenner for unlocking)
