Unwanted toolbar

My laptop has been running slowly all week. It's also been 'bouncing' back to the top of the screen whenever I try and scroll down. I've noticed a new toolbar at the top of the screen - definitely not seen it before last week. I don't even know why it's there or how it got there!

How do I indentify it, and how do I get rid of it?
Thanks!

Can you see the name of the Toolbar? If you go to Control panel, then Programmes, scroll down through the list and see if you can see a toolbar that you dont recognise,if you do remove it.You will then need to download Malwarebytes, make sure you pick the free version, after installation, make sure it updates and then run a scan,a quick scan will pick up any nasties but if it finds a few I would do a full scan after,it will delete any nasties. You can leave this program on your laptop and its a good idea to run a scan weekly, its a malware progran that will find what your anti virus misses.
