I have a disc that won't play and I have noticed it seems to have a fluid/moisure in it. I have no idea how this could have happened.

Can this be fixed?
Would it be obviously be my fault or could I get a repalcement (I've had it about 2 months).

I can't imagine that there is moisture IN the disc as they are not hollow, but moisture ON the disc could occur if it has moved rapidly from a cool environment to a warmer one. Try cooling the disc and then gradually warming back up to room temperature. It shouldn't affect the data, but if it turns still doesn't play, then I would definitely ask for a replacement.
