Hi. I am fairly new to FB, don't use it loads and only have a small number of friends. So far so good.
Recently, I was tagged by a "friend" in a photo posted by a non-friend, I was notified and that is all fine. The same "friend" has now tagged one of her friends (a non-friend of mine) who appeared in a photo I posted to attempt to link her "friend" to me. I am very happy with this, but him (non friend) being tagged in my photo on my timeline does not show up anywhere, not on my time line or in my news feed....
Other than the friend messaging me to say "I've tagged X from the photo you posted back to him so he can link with you on FB" I would not have known and so is there a setting I need to alter so that "tags" involving me or people in my photos show up on my news feed??
If a "friend" of mine is tagged in someone else's photo, I normally get an item pop upon my news feed to say "X was tagged with Y in Z's photo".
Apols, I am not sure I am being very clear, but if anyone can help me through this then I'd be grateful.
FWIW, I have no problems and not upset by any of this, I just don't understand why the "tags" don't show up anywhere.
