changing privacy settings on FB

I want to go back to 'only my friend can see me' sort of setting but have not managed to find how to do it.
can anyone run me through it please?

on the top blue bar where it says your name, Find Friends and Home there is a little downward pointing arrow. If you click on it there is an option for Privacy settings

Seems to be much simpler than typing on a keyboard!
