I've never noticed any trouble doing that. They're usually the .com version as opposed to .co.uk

Some sites give you an option right away, like Web MD I think.

What site are you looking for?

BOAC - a few check where you are and 're-direct' you to a .co.uk version of their site. If you want to see one LION, you might try a "proxy service" such as *> HideMyAss.com
