Changing IP address

I would like to change my IP address.
Nothing sinister but I would like to access the french TV channels (like with the iplayer) but can not do that with an english IP address.

Would someone know how I can get about doing that? Free package or system with a small monthly fee, I really don't mind.

The easiest way is to Google 'safe proxies' then choose one based in whichever country you want to fool the server into thinking you're in. Just click on it and download it and away you go.

Try this one, but make sure you enable Private Browsing and have HTTPS Everywhere installed on your browser for added privacy. Not that I'm paranoid or owt, ooh no.
