Is your iPhone4S warm to the touch or is mine faulty?!

I just got my shiny new iPhone 4s today and I have noticed it feels quite warm to the touch - like the transformer on a laptop lead (not quite as warm). Shall I take it back or are they all like that? Thanks

They are all like that. Shortly after the phone was released the tech forums was filled with people asking the same question.

Having said that, I don't have a 4s so I can't comment on how warm is 'normal'
