Photo Printers in Shops

This is probably a really stupid question, I have never used one of the machines where you can print off your photos, I have a Sony digital camera which uses a memory card compatible with an M2 adapter, which I think I have Owing to teenage children I seem to have mislaid the memory card reader which was the only way of getting photos onto our computers to print off at home. Would I be able to print off some photos on a shop machine? TIA

Different machines take different cards, but the ones in Boots take many different kinds (not all though).

Thanks for that, I will look to see what time our local Boots opens, I need them quite early tomorrow morning. Does anyone know if the ASDA ones are the same?
