I have inherited an Acer laptop from late FIL. Set it up so that DS1 has his own profile - he doesnt know the pass word and I have set time limits etc. Something has happened (I was upstairs putting DS2 to bed one night last week and someone pressed OK when they shouldnt have) We lost the reading programme that DS1 is on at school but reloaded. I would love to get the users in the control panel back so that I have control again! Many thanks
