New Samsung phone - want to set up yahoo on it

When I try it says I need to go to yahoo and set up POP3 access (or similar). I have no idea what that means. Can't find a setting button or similar on yahoo. Can anyone help?

in yahoo mail (on a browser) at the top you have "options" as a drop down - chose "mail options". Then on the left hand side at the bottom of the various options you have "POP & Forwarding" and you should be able to enable it in there.
