My dad put his computer away to be serviced and when he got it back Skype isn't working properly. He and I have tried our best to sort out the problem and go through the help stuff but to no avail. I am in another country so not able to get my hands on it and root about myself. Can anyone help me with a step by step guide as to what to do to fix it? We can see and hear them, but they can't hear us. I have done all the usual checks like making sure their sound in on, their microphone is working etc. It is definately a problem their end as we can Skype everyone else no problem. It would really make their day if the problem could be sorted as they are missing out on DS' tricks and chat! (he is only 1) :)
