Entourage idiot: help desperately needed!

I need to send an email to my entire address book - we are changing servers and my email addy is about to change.

In Outlook I knew how to do this (honest)

In Entourage I have scoured the help sites, and still can't figure out how to send an email to my entire address book. Preferably with all addresses hidden.

Please, please? Before dh laughs at me again (he hasn't a clue how to do it either, mind )

Can you make a group, select all your contacts and drag it into the group list? Then put the group in your bcc field.

I can't find where to 'select all contacts' - either for individuals or groups. I'm sure its there somewhere, but where?

Ah - found out how to select all in address book, and then email them. How do I put it all in bcc field, please JJ?

Oh good, glad it worked! Sorry - just came back to this. Sometimes all that you really need to do is write it down and define the problem.
