DD2 was very sick all over our current one the other day. The first thing to pack up was the keyboard (I'm currently using a spare keyboard attached to the laptop). Since then it's been acting up in various ways - failing to start at all, internet not loading - you name it, it's now totally unreliable. So, we need to get a new one asap and don't know much about computers.
We've been happy with the current one which is an Acer Aspire 5733z (about two years old). We'd like something similar but can only really afford maximum £400 (ideally prefer to spend less).
I've trawled all the major pc retailers but there are so many offers and deals that I'm getting totally confused and don't want to make a bad purchase. Can anyone help? I'd be sooo grateful.
