Question for virgin media customers (superhub)

We're new to Virgin, and so far I'm finding it great. The only annoyance is the lights on the superhub box thing-y. The top light is flashing blue constantly, then there's a solid green light, then the bottom light is flashing green.

It's like the Blackpool illuminations in my room. Very annoying. Should they all be flashing, or is there a fault somewhere?

The box that controls the internet and TV (I think). It sits behind the TV, and there's an ethernet cable joining it to the TV...

It's all perfectly normal. The blue VM logo light is for decoration, the solid one is probably power/internet and the flashing one probably is showing data traffic.

If it's REALLY annoying you then pop a bit of black tape over it.

Thanks. I've hidden the box behind the TV, but the blue flashing light reflects in the window. I keep thinking there's a police car/ambulance at my neighbour's house! I'll tape it over - great idea.
