HDMI Cable for xbox 360

Just bought a HDMI tv for ds2 for christmas.

I'm wondering whether or not to buy a HDMI cable for his xbox. Anyone got one? is it worth the cost? Do you need to buy HD games for it to work?

Yes it's worth it, the games all support it anyway, tho it's not full HD it's only 720p, you have to set it in the options.

Yes yes yes. Get an HDMI cable for it. Honestly the games will look AWESOME on it. I had the entire estate's worth of kid's at my house all drooling over Fifa 10 when it first came out and I put it on my 50" plasma in HD.

BUT...and please PLEASE believe me when I say this. Do not buy an expensive HDMI cable. Go to ebay, buy a cheap one which is long enough. Something like this 2m HDMI cable

The reason is that HDMI is a digital signal. In other words, it will either work.....or it won't. Buying a £50 cable will not make the blindest bit of difference to the picture quality. Of course the more expensive cable will look funkier but hey....I'd rather have a black cable and £48 in my bank.
