no idea if the professor layton ones are classed as "gamey games", but Comet have PL & the curious village for £9.99, and free delivery if opt for saturday delivery (I got a copy for ds1 for xmas and it came at 7.15am yesterday). link

Art Acadamy is meant to be the better of the two, for more non-gaming look for Electroplankton and Korg DS10.
