Transfer music from old ipod/itunes to new iphone/itunes?

So I have an old ipod with lots of music on it. But after I got the ipod I got a new computer so some of the music is on my new itunes/laptop but a lot of the music is on my old itunes/laptop which is knackered. Is there any way to get the music off my old ipod and onto my new laptop/iphone or are my only options to either connect my iphone to my old laptop or upload the music to my new laptop again?
