Aperture 3 or Photoshop Elements 9

Please somebody tell me which to choose.

I am finding PS very confusing (have only had the free trial for 2 days mind) and I'm thinking that Aperture will be good as I am alreaady used to Iphoto.

Is there a gaping difference between the quality of the outcome between the two??

I've not used Aperture 3 but I feel your pain with Photoshop. For years I've used another because I was used to it and Photoshop confused me to death.

But since moving to a Mac, I've tried to learn and have found stuff on Youtube which show me how to do various things.

What i'd say is stick with it for a bit. Use YouTube for tutorials. I'm finding it very powerful and am glad I took the time.

There is a wonderful page on FB called "oh so posh photography" which has some amazing pictures and video tutorials. A bit too advanced for me though!
