Hi, my print spooler is not working, whenever I switch on the pc it asks me to align the print sheet (have done this a million times) it takes ages to print etc

I would like someone to have a look at it/fix it - any suggestions of where to look?

To be fair, unless your printer is worth an absolute fortune it won't be worth it.

For about £50 you can get a brand new wireless inkjet printer so in that context by the time you've paid for someone to come out and get the part, you'd probably find it's cheaper to buy a new one.

that's true, but I'm not convinced its the printer it may be the pc? how would I find out?

Well when it does the alignment sheet, is it in line?

You could plug it into another PC, install the print drivers and try that. That would rule out it being a PC issue.

yes its in line, thats a good idea re trying it on another pc
