Ipod touch or the Iphone

I can't decide which to get. I've never been interested in expensive mobile phones,and have spent no more than £20 on any that I've had so far,but I am considering getting one,though not to use as my main phone.

I want to listen to music,play the occasional game,and watch films,plus perhaps use some of the other apps that are available.

What does the Iphone do that the Ipod Touch doesn't? I'm a complete newbie to Apple products so would appreciate any advice.

iPhone camera is better resolution, can make calls (obviously), you can use all the web based apps through the 3g network of the SIM.

Touch- you need wifi to download or use web based apps.

The upside is that the Touch can and does have more space. I have a 64 Gb. As far as I know, the iPhone only goes up to 32Gb which is no good to a music freak like me!!
