If i download a song from i-tunes can i put it on to any mp3 device? if not how can i do this?!

Yes you can, songs from iTunes are no longer protected and so can be put on any device. However they are not in MP3 format, they are in AAC (MP4) format. This is a common format that many players can play however so it may not be a problem, and if it is the songs can be converted.
