or its friend Wsed.exe?

I have both on my computer and their presence was annouched by an annoying little face that came a blew a raspberry at me. HmmAngry

I did a comprehensive virus scan yesterday so pretty certain that it has come in first thing this morning. currently running a virus scan now but aware this has by passed the fire wall so probably wont be detected. I disabled the two files from the active process list which has stopped the computer crashing so i can try to rescue this. Have cancelled the cards that i have used on this computer as a precaution, and in the luxary of being in a position to do that without too much problems.

But how do i remove this virus/trojan malware that is giving people access to my data and computer?

Haven't had a problem with this virus, but usually we'll google for a specific fix and failing that do a complete system restore to a point well before the PC was infected.

SuperAntiSpyware or Malwarebytes will both detect and remove this infection. Just ensure that you turn off system restore before running a full scan with Malwarebytes (aka "complete" scan in SuperAntiSpyware) as it stops the infection from lurking in the protected system restore points and reinfecting the PC at a future date.

If you have trouble installing or running either, you may need to try using safe mode.

After running both (with their most up to date definitions) and allowing them to remove all they find, I would then advise running ESET's online scanner, for a final sweep, to be sure all nasties are gone.

Then you can turn system restore back on.
