Have you tried some other browser(s) ?

(OK, unlikely a browser will make much difference, but some web sites have code to test which browser is being used, so in theory the SQL [query] might be altered by using some other browser, and the db lookup might then work - bit of a longshot, perhaps, but will never know if you don't try!)
