I'm going away for a week and I want to make a table of toddler groups and things that DH can take DS to!

I don't even know how to create a new 'word' document on this thing...... Blush

Can anyone help?

Definitely a job for iCal. It can show them in nice colours and remind him by every means known to man.

Thanks Prism - can I print out a week from iCal for him to stick on the wall and colour in with crayons?

Yes you can- it will look lovely and he will keep consulting it, though the attractive colours might distract him and make him forget all about actually going to the toddler groups.

You could also use Google Calendar, or Google Docs - those can be edited by various devices, so not Mac specific.

Example which took less than 8 to create... it's basic, I'm sure you could do better.
