Microsoft Office 2007

I had to have my laptop repaired which meant removing all the data and starting from scratch - all my existing data was saved but I needed to reinstall my software. Unfortunately my Microsoft 2007 will not reinstall as it has been superseded by Office 2010 - do I really have to fork out for Office 2010 (which costs a fortune)? Any advice - I was quite happy with Office 2007 - in fact, had only just got to grips with it Sad.

Try Open Office. It is compatible with MS Office and is free. You can download it from the 'net.

"Unfortunately my Microsoft 2007 will not reinstall as it has been superseded by Office 2010"

Exactly why won't it reinstall? What error are you getting?

If you have Office 2007 with a valid serial number then it should install and you should be perfectly entitled to use it.
