Hi

Could I get some advice, I got a new mobile in Sep from vodafone, its £15 per month and I get 300 min and unlimited texts and no internet. I now want a blackberry, does anyone know if I can upgrade, or trade in or something like that. My phone is a Samsung B5310 CorbyPro and its crappy, and I really want a blackberry.

Can I buy a blackberry from vodafone on payg and stick my sim into it will I still get thier free internet till June 2011 offer if I do this.

help me find happiness and peace with a mobile

I can't answer the question about the P&G but you can do an early trade up (although you may have to pay something depending on your existing contract). If you look on their website here you'll find out what's specifically available for you.

Which model Blackberry are you after ? It may be quite cotly to buy a PAYG model (not sure I've seen many places selling them, to be honest), but I could hunt on a few sites, if you have a particular model and colour in mind.

Incidentally, there might be a buyer for your current phone here on MN. Have seen one person already using Vodafone but looking for a touchscreen model, someone else (who admittedly might want to switch to a dongle for a PC, but a mobile may do, and knows Vodafone works), and me (unless yours is pink!)

:)

Ooops costly to buy PAYG

I'm wrong - Argos have one model at 140ish pounds - I had been thinking 300++ but it depends on the model...

You might do best speaking direct to Vodafone as I don't know what Blackberry Internet Service (on the Argos description) actually provides (or whether it is needed, or costs extra if you get the wrong deal).

The upper priced ones are top 200s, then jump to 430 and 480 Shock - definitely need insurance if you are going for the more expensive end.
