I used to use version 3 (I think) now it's version 11

I am having problems again & thought I might buy it, but not if it hasn't improved much

The built-in voice recognition in Windows 7 isn't bad, can you give that a try first? If you need to upgrade to W7, are you eligible for Software4Students - they also give some discount of Dragon Naturally Speaking?

Thanks for that I will have a play - do I need to train it (I might have 7....I'd better check)

You need to train it a bit to get started, then it improves with use as it learns your voice. Just checked and it's in Vista as well so may not need to upgrade, although any excuse to get rid of crappy Vista is a good one.`````

No, I know I don't have it Vista, thinking about that means I am on XP, shame

I'll have a think about 7
