BT Fon /BT OpenZone - where am I going wrong?

I have just moved house and am waiting for BT to switch on the line so no broadband. I have joined BT Fon and whaen I am out with my iPhone can use the BtFon service just fine.

At home, both my iphone and my mac can "see" Bt Fon and openzone networks but neither will actually work.

Why is this, anyone know? Anything I can do as BT won't have line working til next week and going spare without my mac! My iPhone can only do so much on a crap signal!

It's rubbish. However if you ring their helpline they are really helpful and can reset your account from where they are (also they gave me loads of free minutes because their minute minder is complete bollocks).

I did the same as you when moved house but frankly wouldn't bother again!
