Anyone have a Sony Bravia LCD TV - what picture settings are you using?

Hi

Bought a Sony Bravia 32" TV last week and have been faffing around with the picture settings for the last 7 days, bu am unable to get a picture I'm happy with, if anyone has this TV could you let me know what settings you it on for the best picture. Have been on the I-manual but that is useless

have you got it on dynamic? that optimises the HD ratio. which model do you have?
