Geeky iPhone question- does anyone have a really good integrated shopping list and menu planner they can recommend?

I am under the misguided impression that if I have an app with which I can plan meals and make shopping lists then my life will be complete.

Please knock some sense into me help me find the perfect app!

Yes turn it on its side and download the 'heat' app, great for bedding and curtains i hear...

It does the shopping lists, plus if you have a partner with a berry too you can both have the app and view the same shopping list and add to it etc, its called our groceries.

There is a Waitrose one where you can add ingredients from a recipe to a shopping list but it's just for their site. I guess you could use it as a shopping list though?
