Inserting a contents page on Word 2007

I have created a word doc, and carefully assigned headers, subheaders etc.

But I don't know how to insert an automatically created contents page into the doc now - any pointers?

I am using Word 2007 on a Windows 7 PC.

Help appreciated!

Click on the References tab - then Table of Contents.
