Sweat peas - lots of foliage - not many flowers

Should I feed it - its very green and bushy - but only a couple of handfuls of flowers.
Or by picking the flowers - do I encourage more flowers?

make sure it has lots of watering as this makes the peas bigger. i dont think you can do anything to get more flowers apart from just wait and see if any more come along,

Keep picking and keep watering. Sweet peas go on for a long time.

Make sure no flowers set to seed or it will stop flowering.

I have no flowers on mine as yet, so don't worry too much. I grow mine every year and they are always slow to start flowering then, I cannot pick them quick enough.

I pick with long stems but i find the stems get shorter as the growing season goes on. You will know when they have gone to seed as they look like pea pods (which they are I suppose - not edible though)

I've just cut a bunch off my plants. I did try and get reasonably long stems for the vase I had.

They only seemed to have 1 flower at the end of the stem - is that right?

But - boy - do they smell delish!

My mil has a massive hedge worth of everlasting sweet peas that come up every year - she's going to give me some cuttings - yay!
