Usually we move the pool every few days. Didn't have one last yr, Got a bargain in Superdrug this yr & kept it covered with bubble wrap to keep the leaves etc out. Due to poor weather, emptied it today (after about 2 weeks) & have beautiful yellow dead grass in perfect rectangle.

How long do you think it will take to recover?

And for thoseof you with those Intex pools of 10'+, how long do you leave them up, and what happens to your grass?

We have a large intex pool, it goes up normally in May and comes down Aug/September and it ruins the grass. Thankfully its in the corner of our garden and not really in immediate site of the house. We were thinking of putting a deck platform in the corner to put the pool on, then hopefully it wouldnt look so bare when the pool isnt up, but havent got round to it yet. Both my dd's love the pool, its up to the chin of my 15 month old and its heated!
