wetpour or rubber tiles for concrete patio?

Our backdoor step is quite high and the patio is concrete. Our toddler has fallen a few times and I'm sick of moss and weeds so we'd like to safety proof it. Its a small area of about 2x4m. Any idea which option is better or if there is a supplier in Scotland who will do such a small area?

I think this company are based in Scotland but they may be able to help. I've never heard of wetpour but the safety tiles might be fairly easy to get. Good luck.
