mizuna, so its growing in the garden, what do i do with it?

Tried asking on 'food'thread.

I got carried away with the seed catalogues and have lush Mizuna and Mispoona plants growing like mad, but what do i do with it?

salad !

Young leaves in salad, think you can stir fry older leaves.

ok, i will be eating a lot of salad.
