Power washer. Get a special jet attachment for hosepipe or better still hire a proper power washer for the day.

Here for example. Can't link direct, so put power washer in search box and then click mini washer.

Can do porch roof if you can get safely up a ladder and do from above, so jet is spraying in the direction of the tiles. Of try getting a chemical moss and lichen remover to use on the roof tiles, but you would still need to rinse off with hosepipe afterwards. Use a long handle yard brush with tough bristles to scrub.

Is a power washer any good for decking?

As long as it isn't going to drain away onto a lawn or flowerbeds, swill down with a solution of bleach.

Our patio is below the level of our lawn, so we swill and sweep with bleach twice a year. It kills the weeds between the slabs too!
