screening plant for privacy. Shady area, moist ,needing to reach 6 ft ish

Wanting to screen for privacy from higher neighbour. We have a little earthy border along side our fence of just over four foot. needing some extra height but unable to add any more to fence pannel. Any sujestions

Chocolate Vine (can't remember Latin name) on a trellis grows fast, is evergreen and has pretty purple flowers.

oh buddleia, I like those but will it grow ok in a shady moist border. Its rotted the fence post in that position as it is?

Various evergreen shrubs you could try which will do ok in shade - Holly, Aucuba, Choisya, Laurel, Elaeagnus etc
