Dd1 planted some tulip bulbs at Guides and they've been lurking in our dark cupboard ever since. they have sprouted now but we're not sure when to take them out of the cupboard, should we have already taken them out? Or should we wait a bit longer?

advice appreciated

I'd take them out - our outside ones are flowering

Oh yes, so are ours in Scotland (have been for weeks in fact, not quite sure how that happened!).

Should we take them out then and put them on the windowsill then?

yes..put them outside in the garden...if you put them on the windowsill inside they will not last as long
