2x2m patch at end of garden - what would you do with it?

It's bordered by wall on two sides, a shed on the third side so is only open one side. It's next to a patio, no planting just tarpaulin! Previous owner was going to build a cob oven but I'm not that keen. Rest of garden a reasonable size so don't really need it as a bed. Any ideas??

If your kids are young enough, monster sandpit (and some storage).

I so want chickens, but DS has an egg allergy which makes it totally ridiculous, in DH's eyes! I might still get him round though.

Was thinking maybe a playhouse too... anyone got one they'd recommend? Are there any that have slides or any other play equipment built in? DS is 20mo and well into going to the park!

TP Toys are the best swing/climbing frame etc etc sets I've ever found and they are strong enough to be safely dismantled and passed on, our second hand set is ace.
