I'm a total non-gardener, I know nothing about growing anything. I would like to grow potatoes, saw ad in paper for gardenbargains.com, potato grow pods. for £20 you get 4 lots of seeds, a grow bag and hopefully idiot-proof instructions .
It sounds like it would save me a load of digging in the garden (good because i've got a dodgy back)and sounds quite easy. What do people think?

I grow spuds in buckets,as our soil is full of clay and sluggy. It is foolproof really, just plant them and keep topping up the containers as they grow.

How many seed potatoes do you get with your offer. They are £3.99 for approx 25 potatoes in my local garden centre,so if the quantities you get are about the same,it is a good deal.

As furiousgeorge says, it depends on the quantities you get. Old compost sacks or buckets are free and probably work just as well.
