What food can I grow on my kitchen window cill?

Just that really...

Really looking into growing some delcious food/herbs etc.

I grow basil every year, and have had peppers and coriander.

I grow basil, chives, parsley and peppers.

Herbs are always grand.

Could grow lavender? Even though not food, it loves the heat, and you can always make lavender bags to keep the moths at bay.

I have parsley, chives, basil, corriander, thyme, mint and chillis.
