Was looking for some nice clumping bamboo. Found a really nice variety that I like yesterday but all the pots looked neglected - dry and with weeds growing in them. Nothing that couldnt be fixed with tlc but I didnt think they could justify the full price.
So for the first time ever I took one over to customer services, pointed out the state of it and asked for a discount. Ended up getting it for half price
Never knew that doing that could really work.
