While we were away, my neighbour watered our vegetables with a watering can used for Pathclear

The title pretty much summarises the problem. My DH had used Pathclear on our widowed neighbours paths for her, and forget to throw away the watering can (we garden as organically as possible) Then, when we went on holiday, other neighbours who were kind enough to offer to water the veg patch and greenhouse used the can.

Some of the tomatoes and aubergines have now died, but others are still thriving. We don't know which veg she watered with the contaminated can. So my question is ... do I have to destroy my entire harvest or can we continue to crop and eat from plants that are healthy?

Am feeling rather ill about the whole thing

WHat a shame.
Can you ask the neighbour to clarify?
Think it might be safest to destroy it all but am no expert on such matters.
Oh dear.....
Def some huge benefits to gardening organically and avoiding all weedkiller...

Isn;t their a contact number on the bottle ?

The weedkiller was supplied by our elderly neighbour - it was Pathclear sachets.

Good idea to ring the manufacturer, though. I'll do that in the morning.

All my gorgeous veg
