My house front is long and mainly sits straight onto the gravel driveway.
I want to make the approach feel a bit softer and more welcoming.
Ideally, I'd like to excavate 1m beds along the main frontage, but its not really possible as its too tight with parking. I could excavate a bed under the kitchen window, which is the low window to the right of the garage, and plant that up.
Last photo is the front door, I know I want to grow a climbing hydrangea up the mini wall on this one.
Please give me any advice or impressions you have on what I can do with pots or planters, where to place them, and what to aim for to make it look nicer.
The elevation faces east-north-east. Sheltered, morning and evening sun, pretty shady in winter though.
I will post my inspo in next pic....
