Why are my young olive trees producing greener new leaves?

Hi
I am looking for some advice from people much more knowledgeable than me on gardening related matters.
I have recently purchased a couple of young olive trees and re potted them into terracotta pots,
I have noticed that the new growth of leaves are more green and not the silvery hue normally associated with olive trees.
Where did I go wrong and can it be remedied?
I would appreciate any advice for this gardening novice.

Thank you

Do you possess Google? The new leaves will turn the same colour as the more mature leaves in time.

Sometimes asking a real person is better than Google. If we all Googled everything, then half this forum wouldn't exist.

This is just how plants grow! New growth on olives is usually a very bright fresh green and over time the leaves get darker & more silvery.

New leaves suggest that the plant is happy to have been repotted so you have done nothing wrong.
