Bergonia not what was advertised on Farmer Gracy

I ordered bright pink , red and orange double flower bergonia corms from Farmer Gracy and what has grown is nothing like the description.
i have posted the original catalogue photos and ‘wow factor’ description below (pending approval) and then what I actually have which are almost fushia like flowers that just drop off.

Is this a common thing ? User error or should I contact FG about it?

I was so excited about them and it’s just like 90% dull
leaves and this weird flower- the opposite of wow.

Totally agree that what you have is not the same plant . I’d send them the photos and ask for a full refund / replacement .

It is a begonia, but not the one you ordered

Its a trailing begonia. I love them. Its not what you ordered though so just get in touch with them. They're really good and will probably replace.

It’s annoying because I was very excited about them and ultimately a refund for the tubers doesn’t leave me with money to go and buy plants for this summer to put in pots if that makes sense.
Will have to just make do - there’s worse things happen at sea.
