I’m going to post them on my local gardening sites to give them away and I’m not sure. Are they a type of fern? Thankyou.

Yes - looks like asplenium fern

They are, lovely! I tried to get one of those out of a drain near my house. It was a beauty. Couldn’t get at it though.

Are you keeping some for a shady corner?

The common name is harts tongue fern.

Agree with others, hart's-tongue fern or asplenium. I'd keep it too!

Ah each to their own - I've tried several times to grow them out of a wall, but they keep dying.
