How can I save this? Please help!

Soak it in a bucket of water, then plant it with compost , it should recover

Looks like it has completely dried out at some point. Move it into partial shade and out of wind. It looks like there's hardly any compost in that pot, so take it out, put some compost in the base, put it back and fill in around the sides. Then keep well-watered. If it is still alive it could take months to do anything.

And DON'T feed it! There will be enough nutrient in the compost.
